General Booking Information
Payment Terms
Payment will be requested once you have selected your apartment and we have confirmed back to you that the space requested is available.
Payment will be requested as follows;
25% with booking to confirm your reservation.
Balance 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Payment may be made by bankers draft in the post to the address at the top of this page.
or
Directly into a UK bank account by electronic transfer or cash payment over the counter.
or
In Euros directly to our bank in Spain.
We will ask you at the time of booking for your preferred payment method and then supply you with the necessary details.
Key collection & Return
From 8am until 8.30pm Monday to Saturday, you will be met at the tennis court on Miraflores by a representative of MirafloresCosta.com
Out of Hours
Keys may be collected from Reception at Miraflores Club House - in this case there will be a charge of Euros 20 per visit. The keys will be in an envelope bearing your name.
Keys should in all cases be returned to Box 22 at Miraflores Club House.
